AI Prompt Operator & Outreach Assistant (Part-Time, As Needed)

Primary responsibility:

Run provided inputs through established AI prompts, review the outputs for quality/formatting, and place them into our outreach tool ready for final review. You'll be given clear SOPs and templates to follow. Speed and accuracy matter more than creativity here.

What this looks like day to day:

- Receive batches of inputs (names, companies, context notes)
- Run them through pre-built prompts following exact instructions
- Format and load the outputs into our outreach platform
- Flag anything that looks off before it reaches final review

Nice to have (may expand into):

- Lead generation and list building
- Finding verified contact information (email, LinkedIn)
- Research and data enrichment for outreach campaigns

About you:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely
- Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Experience with email/outreach platforms (Instantly, Smartlead, or similar)
- Lead gen or prospecting experience is a plus
- Reliable communication, even if hours are light in a given week
- Can work independently without constant check-ins

Hours:

Part-time, flexible, as-needed basis (expect 4-8 hrs/week to start, may grow)
