Job Overview:
We are a fast growing Independent Insurance Agency seeking a highly skilled and innovative Virtual Assistant, specializing in AI-powered marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling marketing VIDEOS (including scripts, videos, eBooks, and graphics) using advanced AI technology. You will also manage our social media presence, ensuring consistent and effective engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies using AI technology to create engaging and high-quality VIDEO content.
- Produce a range of marketing materials including video content, eBooks, scripts, and graphics.
- Expertise in utilizing tools like Lately.ai or Marky for scheduling and managing social media posts across various platforms.
- Creating Videos using AI VidGen platforms such as HeyGen, Synthesia and Visla.
- Manage and optimize our YouTube channel, including posting videos and creating effective SEO meta/Beta tags to maximize traffic and engagement.
- Conduct regular analysis of marketing efforts to identify areas for improvement and report on performance metrics.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI technology and digital marketing to continuously enhance our marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in creating and managing VIDEO content using AI technology.
- Strong familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and platforms, including Lately.ai or Marky.
- Strong familiarity with AI-driven VidGen platforms such as HeyGen, Synthesia and Visla.
- Experience in managing and optimizing YouTube channels, including knowledge of SEO practices for video content.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce compelling and effective marketing materials.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and its marketing dynamics is a plus.
