What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has substantially integrated AI tools into their daily life and workflow. They know how to use various AI tools to effectively execute end-to-end (including knowing where a human needs to be in the loop).
If you're “AI pilled” and a power user of tools such as (but not limited to) Gemini, Claude, Claude code/Co-work, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Loveable, ReTool, Codex, etc. we want to talk to you!

The skill we're looking for is less "can you use AI?" and more "can you think clearly enough about a complex problem, and have enough experience with a tool, that you can direct/ re-direct it to solve it?"

What You'll Work On

Responsibilities may vary widely depending upon background/experience, but these are the areas of expertise we’re most interested in:
- Go-to-market, lead generation, and business development
- General operations and administrative tasks
- Product management, design, or engineering
- Workflow automation and process improvement
- Data organization, analysis, tracking, and reporting
- Adaptability to execute ad hoc projects across a fast-moving team

You're a Strong Fit If You...

- Genuinely love to use AI and are able to use it creatively. You should be able to articulate how you've used AI to do things faster, better, or that you couldn't have done otherwise
- Are naturally curious, resourceful, proactive, and have a strong growth mindset
- Have strong written English and attention to detail
- Have experience in integrating AI into workflows involving operations, engineering, product, marketing, data, or other related skills

Nice to Haves
- Experience with Google Sheets, Airtable, or data tools
- Background in lead gen, content, digital marketing, advertising, or Edtech
- Familiarity with automation tools like ---------- , Zapier, Slack, N8n, or similar
