AI Implementation Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)

Description:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and resourceful AI Implementation Assistant to help build and automate internal systems using modern AI tools.

This is NOT a traditional developer role. You will be working closely with the founder to execute clearly defined tasks using tools like Claude Code, Codex, and no-code platforms.

Your job is to take structured instructions and turn them into working systems quickly and reliably.

???? Responsibilities:

- Build small tools and automations using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.)
- Set up workflows and integrations between systems (APIs, Zapier/Make, etc.)
- Follow detailed instructions to implement features and fixes
- Test and debug outputs to ensure everything works correctly
- Document what you build so it can be reused or improved later
- Communicate progress clearly and ask questions when needed

Requirements:

- Strong English communication (written)
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Basic understanding of:
•APIs/MCPs
• automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• simple coding concepts (no need to be advanced)
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
- High attention to detail
- Reliable and consistent

Not a fit if:

You prefer open-ended creative work without structure
You need constant guidance or step-by-step teaching
You are not comfortable troubleshooting on your own

Bonus (not required):

Experience with Claude Code or Codex
Experience building automations or internal tools
Experience working with CRMs or business systems

? Hours & Pay:

Part-time (~20 hours/week - with option to move to full time within 4-6 weeks)
$400/month to start (with room to grow based on performance)
