AI Generalist / AI Automation Specialist

Full-time • Remote • Short Term Potentially Long-term role

We’re hiring an AI Generalist who loves solving problems, building automations, and pushing the limits of modern AI tools. If you’re naturally curious, fast-moving, smart, and motivated — you’ll fit right in.

About the Role

You’ll work directly with leadership to identify bottlenecks, design AI workflows, build and refine agents, and implement automations across multiple business units. You should already have hands-on experience with today’s top AI tools and be excited to learn what you don’t know yet.

What You’ll Do

Build, test, and optimize AI agents and automations

Use tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Nano, Banana, Zapier, Make, and others

Create custom GPTs and compare capabilities across AI platforms

Use AI for marketing materials creation including paid ads media and graphics

Help teams identify repetitive workflows and convert them into automated systems

Build prototypes quickly and iterate with speed

Support marketing, operations, and systems with AI-powered solutions

Stay on top of emerging AI technologies and bring new ideas to the table

Have a broad skillset of marketing tools we can use with AI

What We’re Looking For

Experience building AI agents, custom GPTs, or automation workflows

Strong understanding of modern AI tools and their differences

Ability to learn fast and figure things out independently

Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, solution-oriented, resourceful

Excellent written English and communication skills

A builder who enjoys experimenting, improving systems, and making things work

Bonus Skills (not required, but helpful)

Python or JS scripting experience, Claude Code very helpful

API experience

Automation platform experience (Make/Zapier)

Prompt engineering knowledge

Marketing or systems-optimization background
