AI-First Web Developer & UI/UX Optimizer

The Role
We are seeking an innovative Web Developer who leverages cutting-edge AI tools to transform
designs into production-ready code with unprecedented speed and quality while optimizing user
experiences. In this role, you'll work directly from Figma designs to create pixel-perfect, responsive
web experiences using AI coding assistants like Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and other emerging
tools. You'll also play a key role in enhancing user interfaces and optimizing user experiences based on
data insights and user feedback. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI-augmented
web development while building and optimizing the face of our content creator platform.

Key Responsibilities
- AI-Powered Development: Utilize modern AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, v0, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to
rapidly translate Figma designs into high-quality, production-ready code
- Design Implementation & Optimization: Work directly with Figma files to create pixel-perfect,
responsive web interfaces that match design specifications exactly, while identifying opportunities for
UI/UX improvements
- User Experience Optimization: Analyze user behavior data, conduct A/B tests, and iterate on
interface designs to improve conversion rates, engagement, and overall user satisfaction
- Modern Web Development: Build performant, accessible web applications using modern frameworks
and best practices
- Component Architecture: Develop reusable component libraries and design systems that scale with
our platform
- Performance Optimization: Ensure fast load times and smooth interactions across all devices and
browsers
- UI/UX Analysis & Enhancement: Collaborate with designers to refine user flows, optimize interface
layouts, and enhance usability based on user feedback and analytics
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, AI engineers, product managers, and UX researchers to
deliver exceptional user experiences
- Innovation: Stay current with the latest AI development tools, UI/UX trends, and optimization
methodologies, continuously improving our development workflow
- Quality Assurance: Implement thorough testing strategies while leveraging AI for code review and
optimization

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in modern web development (3+ years)
- Expert proficiency with AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, v0, or similar)
- Strong expertise in HTM
- L5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar)
- UI/UX optimization experience: Understanding of user-centered design principles, conversion
optimization, and usability testing
- Analytics & optimization tools: Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools for user
behavior analysis
- Figma expertise: Ability to work directly from Figma designs, understanding auto-layout,
components, and design tokens
- Responsive design mastery: Creating flawless experiences across all devices
- Version control: Strong Git skills and collaborative development experience
- Performance mindset: Understanding of web performance metrics and optimization techniques
- AI prompt engineering: Ability to effectively communicate with AI tools to generate optimal code
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- A/B testing experience: Knowledge of experimentation frameworks and statistical analysis

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or other utility-first CSS frameworks
- Knowledge of design systems and component library development
- UX research methods: User interviews, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO): Experience optimizing funnels and user journeys
- Familiarity with WebGL, Three.js, or other advanced web graphics
- Experience with headless CMS platforms
- Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards
- Experience with AI-specific web frameworks (e.g., Vercel AI SDK)
- Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Python)
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
- Design thinking methodology: Experience with user-centered design processes
- Portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted development projects and UI/UX optimization case studies
