Malnar Injury Law is a growing personal injury law firm focused on providing strong, client-centered legal representation. We’re looking for a reliable Website Developer / Designer to help maintain, customize, and improve our website as our business grows.

Responsibilities

Create AI automations and simplify processes in the business

Customize and modify WordPress themes to meet branding and functional needs

Design and update website layouts with a strong focus on usability and visual appeal

Maintain website performance, responsiveness, and basic SEO best practices

Implement content updates, new pages, and feature enhancements as needed

Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner

Track working hours accurately using time-tracking software

Requirements

Proven experience as a Website Developer and AI Engineer

Strong knowledge of WordPress, including theme customization

Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (PHP a plus)

Good design sense (layout, typography, color, UX/UI basics)

Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Must be available 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST

Comfortable using time-tracking software

Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to meet deadlines

Nice to Have

Experience working with law firm or professional service websites

Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)

Basic knowledge of website security and performance optimization
