AI Engineer Expert

Role Overview:
The AI Expert at Next Level Empire is a visionary architect and tactical executor—responsible for advancing the frontier of our AI systems, AI Agents, and infrastructure across all divisions. You will design prompts, workflows, and autonomous agents that power client success systems, growth operations, internal workflows, and human-AI collaboration models. This role demands mastery of OpenAI and other large language models, elite-level prompt engineering, and expertise in AI automation and infrastructure development. You will contribute to the AI development roadmap from ideation to deployment, ensuring every system is world-class, scalable, and flawlessly functional. This role requires innovation, precision, and a relentless drive to keep Next Level Empire at the forefront of AI advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, refine, and maintain AI-powered systems and agents across internal and client ecosystems.

- Craft high-performance, context-aware prompts for language models to drive human-like intelligent interactions.

- Lead the development of proprietary AI frameworks, tools, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Build and maintain natural-sounding Voice AI systems capable of handling client engagement, support, and follow-ups.

- Manage the full AI agent development lifecycle including design, integration, testing, optimization, and deployment.

- Integrate AI systems with tools like GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, Twilio, Airtable, and other automation platforms.

- Architect and manage AI knowledge retrieval systems including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) tools and vector stores.

- Collaborate across departments to align AI solutions with business needs, client outcomes, and brand standards.

- Monitor the evolving AI landscape and implement new technologies, models, and systems as needed.

- Maintain clear documentation for AI systems and automations to support internal knowledge and future scaling.

- Stay updated on platform changes for GHL, Zapier, Make, and related systems to ensure technology leadership.

KPIs for Success:

- Minimum of 2 new or upgraded AI systems deployed per month.

- Prompt accuracy and system performance ? 95%.

- System uptime and reliability ? 99.5%.

- Lead-to-action speed of ? 3 minutes through AI automation.

- Fulfillment of 90% or higher of internal or client-requested custom AI solutions.

- 100?curacy of AI system documentation and internal training materials.

Ideal Traits and Skills:

- Mastery of OpenAI models and other major LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

- Strong fluency with automation platforms (Zapier, Make) and API integrations.

- Expertise in AI infrastructure (vector databases, RAG systems, Supabase, Buildship).

- Advanced prompt engineering skills with the ability to engineer human-like responses and workflows.
