AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer who is passionate about building real, working applications using the latest AI tools and frameworks. This role goes beyond theory—you’ll be expected to ship functional products, experiment rapidly, and push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI-driven development.

You’ll work on projects that range from internal tools to client-facing applications, leveraging platforms like Cursor, Lovable, Bolt.new, Supabase, and LangChain. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves solving real problems with AI, and can independently ideate, build, and deliver.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and workflows.

Leverage tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Bolt.new, Vercel AI SDK, Supabase, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs to build functional prototypes and production-ready apps.

Experiment with different models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Hugging Face, etc.) and optimize for performance, cost, and reliability.

Collaborate on system design for agentic AI, memory, and persistence features.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI engineering and recommend tools or methods to improve the stack.

Write clean, maintainable code (TypeScript/JavaScript preferred).

Work closely with leadership to translate high-level product ideas into shipped features.

Requirements

Strong experience in AI application development (hands-on, not just theoretical).

Familiarity with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent).

Skilled in at least one programming language (TypeScript, Python, or similar).

Experience deploying apps using modern platforms (Vercel, Render, Supabase, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to build apps quickly and independently.

Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Record the entire process (screen + your voice).

Explain what you prompted, what worked, what didn’t, and the final outcome.

Upload both videos (Step 1 & Step 3) along with your project showcase (Step 2) and send the links in your application.

Compensation

Competitive monthly salary (?50K–?60K / $2000–$4,000 USD, depending on experience).
