Our primary focus is finding developers who can design, build, and deploy their own custom generative AI software (text, image, audio, or other domains).
SaaS development skills are highly valued as a bonus to support productization, but AI development is the main requirement.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom generative AI software (e.g., text generation, image generation, audio synthesis).

Integrate AI models into web or mobile applications.

Build APIs to connect AI models with user-facing apps.

Develop scalable SaaS platforms that package AI capabilities for end users.

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and real-time AI processing.

Collaborate closely with other developers and leadership on innovative product ideas.

Requirements:

Minimum 4–5+ years experience in software development.

Proven experience building custom AI models (any domain: NLP, vision, generation, etc.).

Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.).

Strong backend skills (Node.js, Firebase, AWS, serverless architecture, database management).

Experience developing SaaS applications (React, Next.js, Node.js, etc.).

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Ability to solve problems independently and think creatively.

Bonus Skills:

Fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs (Large Language Models).

Deploying AI models on mobile or edge devices.

Knowledge of server cost optimization for AI-heavy applications.


(Candidates with bonus skills will be prioritized for advanced projects.)

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $8–12 USD/hour (PHP ~45,000–68,000/month depending on skill level and hours worked).

Project Bonus: Potential for project completion bonuses based on performance.

20–40 hours per week depending on project phase.
