AI Developer – Build Private Chat Assistant System (One-Time Project, Remote)

Overview:
We’re hiring a skilled developer to help build a private AI assistant system for internal use. This tool will support real estate, business strategy, and federal operations — replacing much of what ChatGPT currently does for us.

You’ll work directly with the business owner (U.S. military veteran, entrepreneur) and technical support contacts to deploy a secure, cloud-based, context-aware assistant.

Core Responsibilities:
• Build a private AI chat system that works on mobile + desktop
• Integrate features like:
• Secure prompt memory
• Personal context awareness (docs, conversations, tasks)
• PDF generation
• File uploads
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) if possible
• Optional: Build a basic dashboard or admin panel
• Support account creation, team login, and model integration

Preferred Stack & Experience:
• Python, Node.js, or backend cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/DigitalOcean)
• Familiarity with:
• Open-source LLMs (LLaMA, GPT-J, Mistral, Claude API, etc.)
• Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
• LangChain, Haystack, or similar frameworks
• Ability to use pre-trained models or integrate with APIs securely
• Frontend/UI skills not required but a plus

• Project-based: 4–6 weeks timeline
• Budget: $400–600 total, depending on complexity & speed
• Bonus: for clean UI, mobile responsiveness, or pre-trained integrations
• Payment: via Wise or PayPal
• Status: Contract-based with optional retainer for future tweaks
