About Us

We are a fast-growing eCommerce business operating across Amazon, TikTok Shop, wholesale, private label, and international marketplaces.

We're looking for a full-time AI & Automation Specialist whose primary responsibility is simple:

Make the business more efficient every single week.

You will work directly with the founder, identify repetitive tasks, build automations, improve workflows, and leverage AI tools to save time across the company.

Your Mission

Your goal is to help the founder and team achieve more in less time.

You should constantly be asking:

What can be automated?
What can be delegated to AI?
What tasks are wasting time?
How can we improve existing workflows?
What processes can be simplified?

You will be expected to actively suggest improvements rather than simply waiting for instructions.

Responsibilities
AI & Automation
Build workflows using AI tools
Create automations using platforms such as Make, N8N, Zapier and similar tools
Connect software using APIs where possible
Research and test new AI tools
AI Assistants
Create custom GPTs and AI assistants
Improve prompts and workflows
Build internal knowledge bases
Create AI systems for customer service, operations, and administration
Business Operations
Review existing processes
Document SOPs
Identify inefficiencies
Suggest improvements
Help implement new systems
Research & Development
Stay updated on the latest AI developments
Test new tools and software
Present ideas that could save time or money
Required Skills
Essential
Strong experience using Claude
Strong experience using ChatGPT
Experience with AI prompting
Excellent English communication
Strong analytical skills
Ability to learn quickly
Attention to detail
