AI Developer

As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions that capture verbal scope of appointment for Medicare clients and consent to work with ACA clients. The AI system will immediately email the verbal scope to the client and the agent, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI models to accurately capture and process verbal scope of appointment and consent.
Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques to understand and transcribe verbal communications.
Develop and integrate AI solutions to automate the emailing of captured verbal scopes to clients and agents.
Ensure the AI system is compliant with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and healthcare professionals, to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Continuously improve the AI models based on feedback and performance metrics.
Maintain and update the AI system to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Document the development process, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in developing AI and NLP solutions.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in developing AI solutions for the healthcare industry.
Familiarity with CRM systems and integration processes.
