JOB OVERVIEW

High-Volume AI Content, Ads, and Creative Systems

About the Role: We are building an AI-first creative team focused on high-output, performance-driven content across ads, social media, and web.

This is not a traditional design role. This is not a slow, perfection-driven creative environment.

This role is for someone who:

Moves fast
Thinks in variations, not single assets
Uses AI to scale output
Understands what makes content perform

You will be responsible for producing large volumes of high-quality creative daily, using AI tools to generate, test, and refine content across multiple clients.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 30 days, you will:

Produce 300–600+ creative assets (images, videos, UGC-style content)
Build repeatable prompt frameworks
Contribute to high-performing ad variations
Demonstrate ability to create both:
Candid, natural-looking content
Polished, luxury-level visuals

This is a production and performance role, not a concept-only role.

Core Responsibilities

1. AI Creative Production (Daily Output)
Produce 15–30+ creative assets per day
Create:
Image ads
Short-form video ads
UGC-style videos
AI avatar content
Generate multiple variations of the same concept quickly

You will use tools including:

Runway (AI video + motion)
HeyGen (UGC / avatar content)
ChatGPT (prompting, scripts, ideation)
MidJourney

2. Performance-Based Creative Development
Analyze top-performing ads and social content
Identify:
Hook patterns
Visual styles
Emotional triggers
Turn insights into new creative variations at scale

3. Prompt Engineering + Systems
Develop and refine:
AI prompts for images, video, and scripts
Repeatable creative frameworks
Build systems that allow:
Faster output
Consistent quality
Scalable production

4. Content Formatting + Packaging
Finalize assets in:
Figma
Canva

Ensure assets are optimized for:
Ads (Meta, YouTube, TikTok)
Social media (Reels, Shorts)

5. Weekly Optimization Loop
Review performance data
Identify what is working
Produce improved variations each week

Who This Role Is For

Required Skills
Experience using AI tools for creative production:
Runway
HeyGen
ChatGPT

Understanding of:
Social media content formats
Ad creative structure
Short-form video trends
Ability to:
Generate multiple creative variations quickly
Work within brand guidelines
Maintain quality at scale

Bonus (Highly Preferred)
Experience creating:
Luxury brand content
Founder-led content
UGC-style ads that feel natural

Background in:
Performance marketing
Content creation (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Experience analyzing ad performance and iterating creative

Compensation + Structure

We are hiring two candidates for a paid trial:

Phase 1: Paid Trial (1 Week)
Daily output expectations
Real client creative tasks
Performance-based evaluation

Phase 2: Ongoing Role
Monthly base compensation

Performance-based bonuses tied to:
Output volume
Creative performance
System contributions
