I’m Avi, the founder of Outseen Media. We help founders and executives grow their influence on LinkedIn.

I'm hiring a full-time Copywriter to join our team.

The challenge:
– We close clients through sales calls. To get them there, we send highly valuable PDFs. My team uses ChatGPT to draft them, but they often feel stiff and AI-generated.

Your role:
– Take these rough AI-written drafts and turn them into polished, human-sounding PDFs that make prospects want to jump on a call.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Editing – make AI content feel smooth, natural, and easy to digest
2. Formatting – build clean, well-designed PDFs that look sharp
3. Speed – deliver work quickly without compromising on quality

What I’m looking for:
1. Top-level written English
2. Strong time-management abilities
3. Experience with ChatGPT Plus
4. Sharp instincts for detecting ‘AI voice’ in writing

*Please only apply if you have real copywriting experience. This is NOT a beginner role.*

Hours + pay:
• Full-time: 8 hrs/day, 5 days/week
• Paid: weekly
• Rate: based on your ability and background

This is a long-term role for someone who wants to write daily, earn fairly, and grow inside a fast-paced, supportive team.
