ROLE OVERVIEW
US Panels is a growing insulated metal panel (IMP) manufacturer serving cold storage, warehouse, food processing, data center, and industrial construction markets. We are building a content engine that educates the construction industry, drives inbound traffic, and establishes US Panels as the go-to authority in our space.
The AI Content Creator is responsible for producing the full range of assets that power our marketing: written articles, blogs, newsletters, social copy, AI-generated images, and video content. This is a modern content role built around AI-assisted workflows — you will use today's best AI tools to create high volumes of quality content efficiently, without sacrificing accuracy, brand voice, or technical credibility. You are creative, organized, and genuinely excited about what AI tools can do when put in the right hands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AI-Assisted Written Content
• Produce blog posts, technical articles, and long-form guides (1,500–3,000+ words) using AI writing tools — drafted with AI, refined by you.
• Write and publish content covering IMP engineering, installation best practices, cost comparisons, cold storage design, and industry trends.
• Develop pillar pages, product pages, FAQ content, and downloadable resources (spec sheets, guides, checklists).
• Maintain consistent brand voice and technical accuracy across all written output.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets:
AI-Generated Photo & Visual Content
• Use AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, or similar) to create original visuals for blog posts, social media, ads, and landing pages.
• Generate product mockups, facility renderings, and educational diagrams to support technical content.
• Edit and refine AI-generated images to meet brand standards and ensure professional quality.
• Build a reusable visual asset library organized by content type, platform, and use case.
Video Content Production
• Produce short-form video content using AI video tools (Runway, Pika, HeyGen, CapCut AI, or similar) for LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Create educational explainer videos, product highlight reels, project spotlights, and industry tip content.
• Write scripts and storyboards for video content; coordinate filming when live footage is needed.
• Edit and publish video content optimized for each platform's format, length, and algorithm.
Organic & Evergreen Content
• Develop content that builds long-term organic value — evergreen guides, comparison posts, and reference resources that drive consistent traffic over time.
• Identify trending topics, industry news, and seasonal themes to keep content timely and relevant.
• Build and maintain a content bank of reusable assets that can be repurposed across campaigns.
Content Calendar & Scheduling
• Own and maintain a regular publishing schedule across blog,
• Plan content 4–6 weeks ahead using a shared content calendar, coordinating with the social media and business development teams.
• Ensure consistent publishing cadence — no gaps, no last-minute scrambles.
• Balance evergreen content production with timely, campaign-specific assets.
Newsletters &
• Write and produce the company's regular newsletter — curating industry news, highlighting new content, and featuring product or project spotlights.
• Develop

Cross-Team Collaboration
• Supply the social media team with a steady pipeline of ready-to-post content assets — copy, visuals, and video.
• Coordinate with the business development team to ensure

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
AI Content Tools
• Hands-on, daily proficiency with AI writing tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar.
• Experience using AI image generation tools: Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with AI video tools: Runway, HeyGen, Pika, CapCut AI, or similar.
• Ability to prompt effectively, edit AI output critically, and consistently produce polished final assets.
Writing & Editing
• 3–5 years of content writing experience, ideally in B2B, technical, or industrial industries.
• Strong long-form writing skills — able to produce clear, accurate, engaging content on technical subject matter.
• Excellent editing instincts; able to take raw AI output and shape it into content that reads as human, credible, and on-brand.
Visual & Video Production
• Comfortable producing visual content end-to-end using AI tools and traditional editing software.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for graphics and layout.
• Experience producing or editing short-form video content for social platforms.
Content Strategy & Organization
• Ability to manage a high-volume publishing schedule across multiple formats and channels.
• Experience building and maintaining a content calendar.
• Strong organizational habits — assets are named, filed, and accessible to the team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Background in construction, architecture, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial B2B content.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how content supports organic search performance.
• Experience writing for both technical professionals (engineers, architects) and non-technical buyers (developers, facility owners).
• Experience creating downloadable lead magnets: guides, checklists, spec sheets, or calculators.
