AI Bot & Automation Builder (Back-End + Workflows)

We’re Upwrdly, a growth agency that deploys AI “employees” for local businesses. We need a hands-on builder who can turn requirements into working AI bots, phone/SMS workflows, and clean integrations.

What you’ll do
• Build and maintain AI assistants (voice + chat) that handle FAQs, booking, follow-ups, and reactivation flows.
• Create reliable phone/SMS pipelines: call routing, voicemail drops, IVR, keyword triggers, appointment reminders, no-show sequences.
• Connect tools via APIs/webhooks (CRM, calendars, payment links, inboxes).
• Set up A2P 10DLC–compliant messaging (opt-in/opt-out, STOP/HELP flows) and basic reporting dashboards.
• Write and iterate prompts, few-shot examples, and fallback logic to keep accuracy high.
• Document everything (SOPs, checklists) and ship fast with minimal supervision.

How we’ll work
• We give you the user stories and assets; you propose the flow and build.
• Daily async updates, weekly milestone check-ins.
• You’ll maintain a small portfolio of client bots after launch.
