AI Automation & n8n Workflow Specialist (Part-Time / Project-Based)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AI automation specialist to support the development of intelligent systems using n8n, OpenAI, and other modern integration tools. You will work with our in-house strategist and developer assistant (AI-based) to build, manage, and extend automation flows that power AI-generated content, knowledge base systems, and workflow optimization.

This is a remote, part-time opportunity with flexible hours and strong potential for ongoing work based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage n8n workflows integrating with various platforms (OpenAI, Notion, Slack, Sanity, etc.)

Develop automated content pipelines using OpenAI (GPT-4) and other AI models

Connect APIs across platforms to streamline business and marketing operations

Collaborate on setting up scalable systems for content, customer service, and internal knowledge management

Maintain and document workflow configurations and logic

Optimize automations for reliability, speed, and scalability

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience building n8n workflows (or similar tools like Zapier, Make/Integromat)

Strong understanding of OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, and content generation

Solid knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and data formatting (JSON, Markdown, etc.)

Experience working with platforms like Notion, ---------- , Contentful, Slack, or Airtable

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Ability to document and communicate workflows clearly

Bonus Points For

Experience integrating tools into customer-facing experiences
