AI Automation & Workflow Support

We are an Australian consulting firm that helps SMEs grow by building AI-powered workflows. We’re looking for a highly experienced automation specialist — not just someone who can follow instructions, but someone who can strategically assess a client’s problem and design the most effective solution. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in building complex workflows, choosing the right tools for each use case, and ensuring scalability and reliability for client systems.

Responsibilities
* Build and maintain AI-driven workflows for client projects
* Work with tools such as ---------- , N8N, RelayOps, Relevance AI, and Airtable
* Design and implement voice agent solutions for client use cases (e.g., Twilio, VAPI, TalkAI)
* Set up accounts, integrations, and data flows across systems
* Develop and maintain dashboards and client reporting
* Test prompts and automations for accuracy and efficiency
* Troubleshoot issues and document workflows clearly
* Provide regular progress updates to the team

Requirements
* Strong experience with workflow automation tools ( ---------- /N8N essential)
* Familiarity with Airtable or other CRM/database tools
* Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and middleware connections
* Confident in AI prompting and testing automations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and spoken English

Nice-to-Have Skills
* SaaS or AI industry experience
* Project management tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp)
* Client-facing automation project experience
