AI Automation Specialist (n8n/make.com/twilio/openai) - Long Term Project Work

We’re looking for a skilled AI Automation Specialist to join our fast-growing automation agency.
Your main role will be to build, install, and manage AI agent systems (such as AI receptionists, customer support bots, or workflow automations) using no-code/low-code tools like ---------- , Zapier, Vapi.ai, Twilio, OpenAI API, and Google Workspace integrations.

You’ll work directly with the founder to create working demo systems and deploy full automation workflows for our clients in industries like dentists, spas, clinics, coaches, and real estate.

Responsibilities

Build complete automation workflows using ---------- or Zapier

Integrate AI agents (voice/chat) using tools like Vapi.ai, ElevenLabs, or Twilio

Connect with APIs, webhooks, Google Sheets, and CRMs

Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize system reliability

Create Loom video walkthroughs of completed workflows

Document every step so it’s easy to duplicate for future clients

???? Requirements

? Proven experience with automation tools ( ---------- , Zapier, n8n, or similar)
? Knowledge of OpenAI API, ChatGPT, Vapi.ai, or AI agent frameworks
? Experience integrating Twilio (SMS/voice) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
? Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data mapping
? Good English communication (written + verbal)
? Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
? Reliable internet connection and availability for async collaboration

Compensation

Per Project: $50–$150 per workflow (depending on complexity)

Hourly Option: $6–$10 USD/hour (based on skill level)

Performance-based bonuses for high-quality and on-time delivery

Long-term opportunity — if you deliver great results, we’ll bring you on for recurring projects monthly
