AI Automation Specialist – Workflows & Integrations (Remote)

We’re looking for an AI Automation Specialist to help us design and implement smart workflows for our business. You don’t need to be a software engineer — but you do need to be highly skilled at using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), and similar automation platforms.

What You’ll Do

Build, test, and optimize automations between CRMs, email systems, spreadsheets, and other business apps.

Design workflows that save time and reduce manual tasks.

Integrate AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into workflows to improve productivity.

Troubleshoot issues and document processes.

Work with the team to identify bottlenecks and propose automation solutions.

Requirements

Strong experience with n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat) or similar.

Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and automation logic.

Problem-solving mindset — able to map out processes and streamline them.

English reading/writing skills (basic spoken English is a plus).

Based in Colombia.

Nice to Have

Experience with databases (Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, etc.).

Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms.

Interest in AI and emerging automation tools.
