About the Internship
Core Mind Technology is offering a hands-on AI Automation Builder Internship designed for individuals who want real-world experience building automation systems used in production environments. This is not a passive internship.

Interns contribute directly to live automation projects inside our AI Division. You will research, build, test, and document automation systems that support real operational workflows. Top-performing interns may be offered long-term roles within the company.

This is not an hourly internship.
Interns are evaluated based on:

What You’ll Do
As an AI Automation Intern, you will:
- Research automation workflows and system logic
- Build 70–80% functional implementations
- Work with APIs and webhooks
- Assist in developing AI agent systems (voice/chat workflows)
- Support scraping and data pipeline builds
- Document builds clearly for handoff to engineers
- Communicate blockers early and proactively

Preferred (but not required):
- Basic automation knowledge (n8n, Make, Ottokit etc.)
- Familiarity with APIs and webhooks
- Basic coding exposure

Compensation Structure
- Bi-Weekly Stipend: $100
- Internship Duration: Up to 90 days

Performance-Based Advancement
High-performing interns may:
- Graduate to Junior Automation Engineer
- Transition into a $400/month full-time starting role, focused on AI research, template development, and assisting Mid/Senior Level Developers with troubleshooting and system improvements
- Enter an advanced build-track internship tier

Fast Advancement Opportunity

- May be promoted before the 90-day mark into a paid regular role.
