You’ll work hands-on with tools like Zapier, Lindy, and AI prompt engineering platforms to streamline internal processes, reduce manual work, and increase team productivity.
This is a highly collaborative yet autonomous role—perfect for someone who is equal parts systems thinker, creative problem solver, and implementation expert.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Zapier, Lindy, and similar no-code/low-code tools.
Create and optimize AI-powered solutions, including chat prompts and assistants, to support internal operations, lead flow, and team productivity.
Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and automation opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team leads to understand their workflows and translate them into reliable, scalable automations.
Document processes and maintain clear version control and implementation notes for each automation deployed.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Lindy, Make, etc.).
Working knowledge of AI prompt engineering (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity).
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and process optimization capabilities.
Ability to manage automation projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with CRMs, project management platforms (ClickUp, Notion), and Google Workspace automation.
Experience automating workflows related to sales, marketing, or customer success.
Bonus: Comfort with API integrations and Google Apps Script.
