AI Automation & Data Operations Specialist (Non-Developer)

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Automation & Data Operations Specialist to help us build and manage scalable automation workflows for our digital platform.

You will work closely with:
• Our SEO team
• Our developer
• Our operations team

Your main goal is to help us build a robust content and product ingestion system that allows us to safely upload 5,000+ products per month, without relying on Google Sheets or manual, error-prone processes.

This is not a developer role, but it is a highly technical role focused on AI tools, automation, and large-scale data handling.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation
• Research and implement up-to-date AI tools to support content creation and data workflows
• Design AI-assisted pipelines for:
• Product uploads
• Content enrichment
• Validation and error checking
• Work with our developer to integrate automation into production systems

Data Operations
• Gather, clean, organize, and store large data files
• Build repeatable workflows using:
• Python or similar scripting tools
• APIs
• Automation platforms (e.g. Make, Zapier, custom scripts)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and scalability

SEO & Content Support
• Help the SEO team scale content without breaking site structure
• Build systems that reduce:
• Duplicate content
• Naming errors
• Incorrect categorization
• Support the creation of a long-term “content machine”

Documentation & Collaboration
• Document workflows clearly
• Communicate effectively with non-technical tea ---------- mbers
• Identify risks and scaling issues early

Required Skills

Must-Have
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and automation workflows
• Experience handling large datasets
• Comfortable using Python or similar scripting tools
• System-level thinking (flows, pipelines, validation)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written English

Nice-to-Have
• Experience working with SEO or content-heavy websites
• Familiarity with APIs, CMS platforms, or headless systems
• Experience supporting developers without being one
