Project Objectives
Build an AI Phone Receptionist
Answer incoming calls
Take restaurant bookings
Handle accommodation enquiries
Transfer urgent calls
Send call summaries by email
Integrate with Google Calendar
Build a Daily Management Dashboard
Sales reporting
Labour reporting
Food and beverage cost reporting
Accommodation occupancy reporting
Cash flow reporting
KPI reporting

Create Business Automations
Automated daily reports

Email notifications
Booking confirmations
Management alerts
Supplier reporting
