GrowthAIgent is a US-based AI automation agency helping appointment-based service businesses — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, medspas, and clinics — recover lost revenue through AI-powered systems. We automate their front desk, eliminate no-shows, reactivate dormant clients, and build their client pipeline end to end.

We are growing fast and need a skilled builder who can take our four core services from concept to working system — and then own ongoing delivery for our clients.

THE ROLE

This starts as a focused build project across our four services. Once built and proven, the role transitions into ongoing client delivery management — configuring, deploying, and maintaining these systems for new clients as they come on board.

This is a ground-floor opportunity. You will be building the delivery infrastructure of a growing AI agency from scratch, with direct access to the founder.

THE FOUR SYSTEMS YOU WILL BUILD

1. VIRTUAL RECEPTIONIST
Configure and deploy a white-labeled AI voice receptionist for service business clients using Thinkrr (thinkrr.ai). The receptionist answers calls 24/7, books appointments, handles FAQs, and qualifies leads. You will build the configuration template, write the call scripts and FAQs, integrate with GoHighLevel CRM, and create a repeatable deployment playbook so new clients can be onboarded efficiently.

Tools: Thinkrr, GoHighLevel, prompt engineering

2. NO-SHOW REDUCTION
Build an automated SMS and email reminder sequence that fires before every client appointment, dramatically reducing no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Sequences must be personalized, timed correctly relative to appointment date, and stop automatically when a client confirms or cancels.

Tools: Make (make.com), Claude API (Anthropic), Resend, GoHighLevel or client CRM

3. CLIENT REACTIVATION
Build an automated campaign system that identifies dormant clients in a CRM, triggers a re-engagement sequence via SMS and email, and drives them back to book an appointment — without paid ads. Sequences must feel personal, not templated.

4. CRM BUILD & AUTOMATION
Build and configure a complete client pipeline in GoHighLevel for clients who have no CRM or are switching from a legacy system. This includes contact import, pipeline stages, automation triggers, follow-up sequences, and team notifications. You will create a standard setup playbook that can be replicated efficiently across clients.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required:
- Proven experience with Make (formerly Integromat) — you must be able to build multi-step automation workflows from scratch
- Experience with GoHighLevel — CRM setup, pipelines, automations, and SMS/email sequences
- Familiarity with AI APIs — specifically the Anthropic Claude API or OpenAI API
- Strong written English — you will be writing client-facing copy inside automations
- Highly organized and self-directed — you will own these builds end to end
- Able to document your work clearly so systems are maintainable

Strong advantage:
- Experience with Thinkrr or similar AI voice platforms (Bland.ai, Vapi, etc.)
- Experience with Resend or similar transactional email platforms
- Prior work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, medspa, or clinic clients
- Experience building client-facing automation systems for a US agency

HOW THIS ENGAGEMENT WORKS

Phase 1 — Build (project-based, paid per deliverable)
You build each of the four systems, test them end to end, document the setup process, and deliver a repeatable playbook for each. We will review and approve each build before moving to the next.

Phase 2 — Ongoing delivery (monthly retainer)
Once all four systems are built and proven, you manage client onboarding and delivery — configuring and deploying each system for new clients as they come on board, handling troubleshooting, and flagging anything that needs founder input.

The right person will grow with the business. We are building something real and we want someone who takes ownership.
