Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled specialist to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a multi-line Farmers Insurance Agency. The SOPs will cover Telemarketing, Sales, and Service, incorporating best practices from Insurance Sales Lab by Vlad Cherchenko and leveraging AI tools for development and integration into agency operations.

Responsibilities

Research and analyze Insurance Sales Lab practices for integration into SOPs.
Utilize AI tools to streamline SOP development and enhance operational efficiency.
Draft clear, detailed SOPs for Telemarketing, Sales, and Service, incorporating AI-driven processes.
Ensure SOPs align with Farmers Insurance standards and compliance requirements.
Collaborate remotely with agency stakeholders to refine and finalize SOPs.
Deliver high-quality, actionable documentation within project timelines.

Qualifications

Proven experience in SOP development, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Experience using AI tools (e.g., Grok, ChatGPT) for process optimization and documentation.
Familiarity with insurance agency operations (Farmers Insurance knowledge a plus).
Strong understanding of sales processes, telemarketing, and customer service workflows.
Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Proficiency in English; based in the Philippines.

Compensation

Competitive project-based rate ($800–$900 USD, depending on experience and scope).
