About the Role

We are looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented Research + Development Writer to help us create high-quality online courses using AI tools.

You do not need to be an expert in coaching, psychology, business or education, although interest in these areas would be helpful.

Your main role will be to follow a clear step-by-step process using AI tools such as ChatGPT to research course topics, develop lesson structures, and turn ideas into clear, engaging video scripts and learning materials.

This is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new topics, working carefully with instructions, improving AI-generated content, and turning complex ideas into well-structured educational material.

About the Business

We are developing an AI-native education platform focused on coaching, philosophy and coaching business education.

The courses will be delivered using AI video faculty, supported by scripts, visual guides, reflection questions, worksheets and other learning resources.

Our aim is not to create cheap AI content. We want thoughtful, well-researched, beautifully structured learning experiences that feel intelligent, reflective and human.

Main Responsibilities

You will help create online courses by:

* Using AI tools to research course topics
* Following a step-by-step content development process
* Turning rough course ideas into structured outlines
* Developing module and lesson plans
* Creating clear video scripts for AI presenters
* Improving AI-generated drafts so they sound natural, thoughtful and useful
* Checking that ideas are explained clearly and logically
* Creating summaries, key points and reflection questions
* Helping develop worksheets, workbook sections and learner exercises
* Organising research notes and source material
* Following brand, tone and formatting guidelines
* Revising scripts based on feedback
* Helping build repeatable systems for course creation

You do not need to appear on camera.
You do not need to be a professional coach.
You do not need to be a business expert.
You do not need to create everything from scratch without guidance.

You will be given processes, prompts, examples and feedback. Your job is to use AI carefully and intelligently, then shape the results into strong educational content.

Compensation

Starting pay: PHP 35,000 to PHP 40,000 per month, depending on experience, skill level and fit.

There is scope for growth over time as you become more skilled, take on more responsibility, and help improve the course creation process.

We are looking for someone who can grow with the business, not just complete short-term tasks.

Working Style

This is a remote role.

You will need to be comfortable working independently, following written instructions, and communicating clearly about progress, questions and challenges.

The work will usually involve moving through a structured process from:

7. Workbook or worksheet content
8. Review and revision

Example Tasks

A typical task might be:

* Research a topic using AI and provided sources

* Create a short summary of the key ideas
* Format everything neatly in Google Docs
