About Us
We're a restoration & maintenance company in Toronto with a big goal: build intelligent systems that run
much of the backend work automatically. We're not looking for someone to just 'set up a few zaps.' We want
a true builder - someone who understands AI agents, knows how to code, and can connect all the tools that
power a modern business.

The Role
You'll be the architect and builder behind our automation stack - combining GPT-powered agents, CRM
workflows, financial system integrations, and LinkedIn automation into one smooth machine.

What You'll Be Building
- Multi-agent GPT workflows (CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, LangChain)
- CRM automations inside GoHighLevel
- Custom integrations with:
- QuickBooks Online (for invoice tracking, reminders, reporting)
- Our website (form automations, lead routing, booking triggers)
- LinkedIn (engagement automations, lead scrape & CRM sync)
- Smart workflows using Zapier, Make, or custom Python/JS scripts
- AI agents that support:
- Estimating and quoting
- Lead follow-up
- Report generation
- Back-office task coordination

Must-Have Skills:
- Built agentic workflows (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain, etc.)
- Intermediate-to-advanced Python or JavaScript
- Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
- Experience with GoHighLevel CRM automation
- Familiar with QuickBooks Online API or similar integration tools
- Automated systems with LinkedIn + scraping/engagement tools (Phantombuster, Clay, or custom builds)
- Strong written communication and self-management skills
