AI Agent Developer

We’re looking for a talented developer who lives and breathes Generative AI and automation. You will design, build, and maintain LLM-based agents and chatbots that speed up product development and elevate the user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Build & Deploy Agents

Develop AI agents with Python or JavaScript using LangChain, CrewAI, or similar libraries.

Implement RAG pipelines and connect to vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Supabase).

Integrate & Automate

Connect agents to internal tools: CRM, Slack bots, n8n/Flowise workflows, REST/GraphQL APIs.

Prompt Engineering & Fine-Tuning

Craft high-quality prompts, evaluate outputs, and fine-tune both cloud and local models (e.g., Ollama).

Documentation & Collaboration

Produce clear technical docs, walkthroughs, and hand-offs for other teams.

Must-Have Qualifications
1–2 years proven experience in AI-agent or automation development.

Strong Python or JavaScript skills and an API-first mindset.

Hands-on with at least one workflow platform (n8n, ---------- , or Zapier).

Working knowledge of vector databases and RAG concepts.

Excellent written & spoken English.

Portfolio / GitHub with live agent or automation examples.

Nice-to-Have
Experience with Supabase/Postgres, CI/CD, or DevOps basics.

Local model deployment (e.g., Ollama) and fine-tuning.

Familiarity with Replit Agents or advanced code-assist tools.

Employment Terms
Phase Hours Schedule Pay Range*
Month 1: 20 hrs/week (Half-time) Flexible, must overlap 4 hrs with GMT+8 $5–$6/hr
From Month 2: 40 hrs/week (Full-time) 8 hrs/day, 5 days/week $700–$1200/mo

Daily Workflow & Reporting
Clock-in/out on Slack.

Daily summary (three bullets): start time, today’s plan, end-of-day accomplishments.

Follow the team’s coding style guide and task board.
