AI Agent & Automation Expert for eCommerce Workflows (n8n, GPT, Monday.com)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled automation expert to help us build two AI-powered agent workflows for an eCommerce team. This is a project-based role. You will be given clear instructions, SOPs, prompts, and video walkthroughs for each task. You will estimate the time required, and once approved, build the workflow. You will be paid based on your hourly rate in USD.

We are only looking for candidates who have real-world experience with automation tools like n8n, using GPT APIs, and integrating platforms like ---------- and Google Drive.

Agent Task 1: Product Copy Generator

You will build an AI agent that:
- Pulls product data from structured task fields in ----------
- Uses existing GPT prompts (provided) to generate:
- A full Shopify-style product description
- 5 to 10 ad copy variations using different marketing angles
- 5 or more realistic customer reviews based on buyer avatar data
- Posts each output back into specific ---------- fields
- Updates the task status when complete

We will provide:
- Detailed SOPs for each step
- Pre-tested GPT prompts
- Loom video walkthroughs of how we do this manually
- Format examples for all outputs

Agent Task 2: Static Image Creative Brief Generator

You will build an AI agent that:
- Pulls product data from ----------
- Uses our structured GPT prompt to generate at least 5 creative briefs per product
- Each brief includes:
- Headline
- Subtext
- Visual instructions
- Call-to-action
- Saves the output in Google Drive using our naming structure
- Pastes the shareable Drive link into the relevant ---------- task

We will provide:
- Prompt currently used by the team
- SOPs and Loom walkthrough
- Folder structure and output formatting rules

Required Skills:
- Deep experience with n8n, including Function, Set, Merge, and Code nodes
- Strong JavaScript skills and experience using RegEx
- Confident integrating OpenAI GPT APIs(e.g. GPT-4)
- Familiarity with ---------- API or similar task platforms (Zapier acceptable)
- Experience posting files and links to Google Drive via API
- Able to work with structured data and outputs
- Ability to build scalable systems with error handling, conditional logic, and retries
- Understanding of prompt engineering and GPT output formatting

- Experience with Claude, LangChain, or CrewAI
- Familiarity with Slack or notification integrations
- Previous projects involving eCommerce automations

Deliverables:
- Two fully working agent workflows
- Workflows trigger automatically when tasks are ready
- Output is formatted correctly and posted back to ----------
- Briefs saved to Google Drive and linked properly
- Walkthrough or documentation of the setup
