???? What You’ll Do

???? Content Creation & Editing

Create short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) + long-form YouTube content.

Edit in Iman Gadzhi / Alex Hormozi–style — snappy cuts, captions, pattern interrupts, zooms, and attention-holding hooks. ??

If you cannot edit or replicate this style, please do not apply.

Use Canva / CapCut / Descript / Premiere / AI tools to craft stunning visuals and edits.

Repurpose and schedule content across all social channels.

Study top creators (Hormozi, Jay Shetty, Joe Rogan, MrBeast) and adapt what works into our brand voice + unique energy.

???? Community & Course Operations

Manage and upload digital course content inside Skool.

Set up funnels, automations, and workflows using Make, N8N, or Zapier.

Keep the community buzzing with posts, polls, and event coordination.

Track member growth, engagement, and retention metrics.

???? Marketing, PR & Launch Ops

Help plan content calendars, campaign launches, and digital product sales.

Manage YouTube uploads, thumbnails, and SEO optimization.

Research trends, collaborations, and partnerships to grow visibility.

Keep the creator’s life organized — from shoot days to brand collabs.

?? You’re Perfect If You

Have real experience in digital media, content marketing, or brand growth.

Can move fast, figure things out, and get things done without hand-holding.

Love learning and using AI tools to speed up creative + admin workflows.

Have an eye for aesthetics, story, and viral-worthy edits.

???? Compensation

Base Pay: $800–$1,500/month (depending on experience)

Revenue Share / Performance Bonuses: Potential to reach $3,500–$7,000+/month as we scale ????
