Long-term VA for Jewelry E-commerce brand

Hi!
We are looking for a VA to manage daily admin tasks. Our requirements are that you must be familiar with the Shopify platform. Must be innovative and organized and know how to create systems. Must be a leader and can help manage a team of 1-2 people.

Here are a preview of some tasks that we will need done for our e-Commerce store that include but aren’t limited to the following:


Manage emails/communication with customers:
- Instagram comments/dm’s
- Emails
- Live Chat Messages


Communicate with Vendors & Order Inventory:
- Order inventory & create PO documents
- Track custom orders, make sure they are being put through…follow up with vendor about them
- Communicate with vendors on platform


Communicate with Warehouse:
- Create Purchase Orders in Shiphero system…& upload all relevant information
- Make sure POs are being processed in 48 hours like warehouse states
- Check order holds daily
- Check back ordered items & make sure its reflecting accurately


Manage Influencer Marketing & Create Leads:
- Send out contracts
- Reach out to potential candidates
- Make sure their orders are being sent out

Shopify:
- Make minor changes to website if needed
- Monitor high risk orders
