VA Lead Developer and Appointment Setter

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VA Lead Developer and Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. As the VA Lead Developer, you will be responsible for Generating as many qualified Prospects/Leads for our Home Improvement Business as possible, earning a commission on each lead generated, via Social Media Direct Messaging , Direct Commenting, and Direct Posting.



Responsibilities:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in virtual assistant technology
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to schedule appointments for clients
- Communicate with prospects/leads to gather appointment details, understand their needs, and address any concerns
- Efficiently schedule appointments using appointment scheduling software and tools
- Ensure timely and accurate appointment reminders to clients and internal tea ---------- mbers
- Handle appointment rescheduling and adjustments as needed
- Maintain records of appointments and client communication


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a lead developer, preferably in virtual assistance
- Experience in appointment setting or scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Organize social media accounts
- Comment and Communicate via social media platforms

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive ---------- pensation is $2/ hour full time (40 hours a week) and $10 a lead form (minimum of 8 leads/week generated = $80 ).
If you are a motivated individual with a passion for development you can exceed this quota and generate as many leads as you are motivated to generate and increase your commissions.
