OVERVIEW
We're looking for a full-time Email Marketing Specialist to help us develop and manage our Klaviyo account. You will set up Flows, monitor their performance and optimize them. Additionally, you will send regular Campaigns to our customers (both retail and wholesale).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create Klaviyo Flows for our Shopify sites. A/B test them, monitor performance and continuously optimize them for better performance
- Send out email marketing campaigns to advertise new arrivals, promotions and other events to both our retail as well as wholesale / B2B customers
- Ensure that all emails sent out are on-brand and adhere to our style guide (colors, fonts, verbiage). Standardize any existing Flows to conform to our style guide
- Maintain high email deliverability rate, as well as open rates, click rates and most importantly, sales
- Use tools to minimize bounce rates
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices

REQUIREMENTS
- Significant prior experience with Klaviyo required—must have a portfolio of work to share
- Excellent English skills
- High attention to detail, with meticulous proofreading of spelling, grammar, and links
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or another platform that can be used to design your own graphics as needed; familiarity with web design and publishing
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work with our team via email, Slack, and Skype/Zoom. Highly preferred, but not required: experience with Airtable, Notion, Slack, and Google Sheets
- Positive, kind, and easy to work with
- Stable, trustworthy highly dependable. Ideally, someone seeking a long-term relationship where we can both grow from the relationship
