Procurement Specialist

Procurement Specialist with focus on high inventory turnover will be responsible for efficiently and effectively managing the procurement process to ensure optimal inventory levels, competitive pricing, minimize stockouts, and maximize inventory turnover.
Responsibilities:
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and analyze sales trends to determine the appropriate stock levels, taking into account lead times, and demand fluctuations.
• Purchase Order Processing: Generate purchase orders accurately and timely, consider lead times, stock levels, and delivery schedules.
• Inventory Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and initiate timely work orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify sales trends and areas of improvement.
• Critical Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize critical timing inventory replenishment.
• Demand Forecasting: Utilize historical data and market analysis to forecast demand accurately. Incorporate demand forecasts into procurement plans to ensure adequate inventory levels and minimize stock outs.
