Job Description:
Hey there! Are you a social media enthusiast with a passion of growing a brand with captivating posts? We're looking for a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. Please note, we already have established social media pages. We are looking for someone to take our social media to the next level and help increase our engagements, followers, and leads.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Marketing Team to develop engaging content strategies for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

-Increase audience and engagement to bring in leads

- Scheduling and publishing social media posts, ensuring that our content is delivered consistently and at optimal times.

- Track and analyze social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing our social media presence.

- Run social media ads/campaigns and manage their performance

- Keep an eye on our competitors' social media activities, identifying opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

-Stay organized and maintain our social media content calendar, ensuring that we're delivering a cohesive and captivating content experience.

- Engage with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a friendly and timely manner.

- Research and identify AI-powered tools, trends, and influencers that can enhance our social media strategies.

- Showcase your video editing skills by creating compelling and visually stunning videos that will leave our audience in awe.
Utilize AI technologies and techniques to optimize our social media strategies, from content creation to targeting and performance analysis.

- Stay on top of the latest video editing trends and AI advancements, infusing your creativity and knowledge into our social media content.





Requirements:
- A genuine passion for social media and a deep understanding of various social media platforms.

- Experience in scheduling posts via Meta, Hubspot, or Canva

- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in social media marketing, such as machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and relatable content.

- Multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously.

- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools, and a willingness to learn and improve in this area.

- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is a plus.

- A creative mindset and an eye for aesthetics, collaborating effectively with our design team.

- Friendly and positive attitude, with exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with our online community.

- Strong organizational skills to maintain our social media content calendar and meet deadlines.

- A sense of humor and the ability to infuse fun and personality into our social media presence.



Preferred Skills (but not required):
- 2-3 years of Marketing experience
- 2-3 years of social media management experience
- Strong video editing skills and experience using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Job Type: Full-time 8:00am - 5:00pm US Eastern Time Zone
Salary: $5/hour to start with Paid US holidays included. We also offer Paid Time Off, 80 hours annually in the first year and 120 hours annually thereafter. We have a tea ---------- mber rewards program and opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.
