Shopify Dropshipping Customer Service VA

Looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and help manage customer service emails for our shopify dropshipping stores. You will also be tasked with issuing refunds, etc... So MUST have experience with shopify and Freshdesk. Also have an extensive previous history in customer service for dropshipping stores. And be very meticulous and have a very high attention to detail.

Required:
- Extensive experience in Dropshipping customer service for shopify stores.
- Experience in using Freshdesk
- Fluent in speaking and writing English
- Experience with cross checking orders across Shopify and CSV's.
