T-shirt Designer Full Time

I am looking for a great designer that will work full time with us. You must be VERY good with photoshop. We are not looking for someone that can just cut and paste, we need someone with great imagination and FULL photoshop skills. Using all various filters and tools in Photoshop you will be creating award wining designs.
