Socail media, Marketing manager

I need a dedicated individual that can manage Social media posting for my multiple websites and social media platforms. I need that person to take this job seriously, be able to work with Buffer and post on google my business page. If the individual has experience with managing google adwords account it is a plus. Please be able to provide some examples of your work and post.
