Bookkeeping Clean-Up for Canadian Property Management and Airbnb Company (One-Time)

Canadian property management company looking for a Buildium Guru accountant/ bookkeeper experienced with Canadian tax laws and have experience with short term rentals (Airbnb) and long term rental to clean up our books and input everything into Buildium. Currently we have been in business for about 4.5 months, about 600 entries. Also looking for help with setting up our system going forward.

We are looking for someone who can dedicate about 50 hours on it within the next 7 days. Payment will be made once account is verified to be accurate and new system is ---------- ’s a one-time project but we do have multiple businesses and will keep working with the same VA if we work well together.
