This is a remote position where you’ll assist with answering customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Position Summary
As our hone Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming calls, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring every caller has a positive experience. This is an entry-level role with room for growth as your skills develop.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from clients and potential clients regarding our storage facility.
Provide key information about our facility, emphasizing our unique features, such as:
Advanced Security: We are the only facility in town secured with cameras.
Durable Construction: Cement construction for added safety and security of stored items.
Prime Location: Conveniently located on Main Street for easy access.
Return missed calls promptly if they go unanswered.
Log call details, follow up on customer inquiries, and maintain a helpful, courteous attitude.
Qualifications
Fluent in English: Clear, articulate, and polite communication skills.
Customer Service Experience: Previous phone support or customer service experience is highly valued.
Basic Computer Skills: Ability to use email and manage basic call logs and spreadsheets familiarity with Easy Storage Solutions would be very helpful but is not necessary.
Availability: Available to answer most calls and return all others promptly between 9 am-5 pm CST (Chicago time), although calls are typically infrequent (about two short calls a day).
Reliable Internet Connection: Ability to work remotely with clear audio quality during calls.
Position Details
Hours: 2 hours per day during the 9 am-5 pm CST window, with flexibility to return calls shortly if missed.
