As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced YouTube Video Quality checker to join our team and ensure the accuracy, engagement, and adherence to guidelines in our videos.

Job Summary:
As a quality checker, your primary responsibility will be to Identify and report mistakes within the video's production process. You will work closely with our content creators and writers to provide valuable feedback and ensure that our scripts meet the highest standards for publication.

Pay:
-Paid per project
-Paid weekly
-PHP 100 per video revision
-Must have a working Payoneer account**

Responsibilities:

- Thoroughly review and proofread scripts, Videos, Voiceover, and thumbnails to ensure factual accuracy, engagement, and adherence to YouTube guidelines.
- Verify grammatical correctness, sentence structure, and clarity of the script content.
- Identify areas that require improvement in terms of flow, storytelling, or engagement and provide productive criticism to the content creators and writers
- Ensure that the scripts align with the intended creative direction, content strategy, and audience expectations.
- Stay updated with YouTube trends and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize script content for maximum impact.
- Provide constructive feedback and praise to Writers
- Maintain accurate records of script reviews and suggest revisions as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in script proofreading, editing, and/ or a related field, preferably with a focus on YouTube content.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
- Knowledge of YouTube guidelines, audience preferences, and content best practices.
- Familiarity with video storytelling techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot factual inaccuracies and errors in the script and video content.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and constructive feedback to content creators.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- A critical yet supportive mindset to deliver valuable criticism and praise to improve the quality of the scripts.
- Passion for YouTube content creation and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
