We are seeking a highly organized and efficient HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities
-End-to-end recruitment
-Onboarding & Offboarding
-Timekeeping & Payroll
-Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
-Employee engagement
-Initiate HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Ideal Candidate
-Experience working as an HR Generalist or a similar role
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
-Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
-Pro-active
-Tech-savvy
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Preferably with experience working in a remote work setup
