We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Media Lead to join our team. As the Social Media Lead, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our social media presence and drive engagement, with a particular focus on LinkedIn Marketing. You will also be responsible for coordinating and leading a team of creatives to plan and execute captivating social media content.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance our social media presence, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn Marketing.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Lead the planning and execution of engaging content, including posts, articles, videos, and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, track performance, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in social media marketing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer and Manager.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in LinkedIn Marketing, with experience in managing Instagram accounts as well.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop effective social media strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of creatives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
