We are looking for a talented Recruitment Researcher to join our team.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct research on potential candidates using various methods, including online research and social media platforms.
-Utilize recruiting tools and resources to identify and source candidates.
-Screen potential candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for the position.
-Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements:
-Experience working as a Recruiter/Researcher on Philippines labor market;.
-Strong research skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with candidates and co-workers.
-Familiarity with recruiting tools and software, such as LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
