SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER

WORK WITH A TALENTED TEAM ON AN UP-AND-COMING REVOLUTIONARY SOFTWARE!

This role, part of the Solutions Development team, is a Technical Role and will heavily concentrate on the development of the platform by liaising with the Product/Solution Management Team to understand the required functionality and features of the system. He/She will work on the requirements and plan of what needs to be developed and how (such as choosing frameworks, tools, and languages). He/She also needs to ensure that development follows key scientific and engineering principles, as well as the established processes for development.

Tasks
•Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
•Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs.
•Testing and evaluating new programs.
•Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications.
•Determining operational practicality.
•Working closely with other developers, UX/UI designers, and business process analysts.
•Recommend and execute improvements.
•Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.

Reporting to
Head - Solution Development

Interfaces
This role will primarily work with the Solution Management Team to make sure the Platform or any special development projects meet the needs of our end clients.

Qualifications
•Hungry and Motivated (very very important!).
•Graduate of Software Engineering, Computer Science, or any related courses.
•At least 6 years of related work experience.
•Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role.
•Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
•Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
•Has effective verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to learn new languages and technologies and stay up-to-date on technology.
•Integrate software components and third-party programs.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
