We (Cavalry Ignite) are a young and vibrant eCommerce business that sells products online. Currently, we are seeking an experienced Shopify Listing & Newsletter Executive with excellent Shopify and Klaviyo skillset to join our growing company.


JOB DETAILS
Position: Shopify Listing & Newsletter Executive
Description: Write Shopify Product Listings. Write Newsletters to our customers. Able to write sales copy, be meticulous and understand Shopify and Klaviyo.

Work full time from 9am – 6pm, Mon to Fri (Philippine Standard Time)


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce Product Listings (Write product description) for our Shopify store.
- Write Sales Emails / Newsletter to promote new products – You need to understand e-commercial newsletter, sales copy.
- Experience in Shopify, Klaviyo (or other emailing software) is a must.
- Knowledgeable in HTML, SEO and ChatGPT is a bonus.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience in Shopify, Klaviyo (or other email services -- ConvertKit, Aweber) will be very beneficial. (If you have experience in this field, do elaborate in details what were your tasks, and how you worked on them)

Do provide exact examples of prior work done.

On the other hand, if you are new and keen to explore this role, we can, and will, offer you training and assistance to get you onboard. However, you will need to show us that you have the right attitude to be a part of our team. (Please convince us why you need the opportunity.)

Key Requirements (You must meet the following requirements)
- Meticulous and pay attention to details
- Knowledgeable in Shopify, and Klaviyo / ConvertKit / Aweber (Please provide examples of previous work)
- Attention to Details (you need to be setting up product listings and emails, so you need to be a meticulous person)
- Understands basic HTML, SEO and ChatGPT will be beneficial
- Have great communication skills; We are a strong team that relies on communication. If you don't understand a task, we are 100% open to answering any questions and we make sure the lines of communication are always open
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Be available for ongoing training and tea ---------- etings
- Internet Provider & Speed (Please provide a screenshot of your result from speedtest.net and attach this in your email to us.)
- Punctual and Meet Deadlines


PAYMENT:
Our compensation is starting at $360 USD per ---------- the initial probation stage (3 months), weekly payment will be made via Paypal.

Workload is lighter in the initial probation stage. If your performance is good, we can shorten the probation, and transit to a permanent role with pay increase.

Pay increase + bonuses will be given by performance. We pay above market rate; if you produce high quality work and are able to work independently.
