JOB OVERVIEW

You will be answering complex tickets and higher-level concerns (ie, complaints, escalations, incidents such emergencies or accidents, etc) from both Uber riders and partner drivers through phone, chat and email. It’s a challenging role and that’s why we’re looking for people, like you, with high analytical skills that can perform well under pressure.
