Looking for a PA for the owner of a web agency

This is a new role, so there might need to be a learning curve for both of us.

Example tasks:
- Being my gate keeper for emails, forwarding them to the most suitable person
- Live chat 1st stage support, raising tickets as needed
- Simple repetitive tasks
- Invoicing
- Processing a spreadsheet
- Invoice chasing
- Weekly checks on our systems to make sure all the boxes are green

I have no idea of the going rate for these roles, so let me know what you want.

I am flexible as to whether you work 9-5 UK time or would prefer to work to Philippines time, but would prefer UK time.

I will prioritise someone that has a good level of written English
